Customer Orientation and User Experiences

The User Experience Night is an analysis tool developed by Fluidtime where the new software and design solution is tested during the development phase. The aim is to optimise the existing service and further development through discussion with the customers, analysis of expectations and the interaction of the customers with the new developments, therefore generating valuable information and furthering the user experience and focus.

Discovery, experience and expertise

With the User Experience Night, invited guests have the chance – together with Fluidtime – to try out new products and influence subsequent development. The event takes place within a relaxed atmosphere and guests are asked to solve specific tasks at “demo stations” in relation to the latest products and innovations, and later discuss them. The results are then documented by the Fluidtime team and influence the further development of products, solutions and innovations.
